How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All stock items will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of ordering.

Pre-ordered items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of the release date.

Will I get a tracking ID to follow the shipment of my garments?
Yes, you will receive a tracking ID for your order via email within 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I return or exchange Bourne Crisp garments?
We offer exchange for change of mind (ie. bought the wrong size, want a different style, etc.) as long as the following criteria are met:

- You contact us via bc@bournecrisp.com.au within 14 days of purchase to arrange an exchange.
- Garments are returned in as new condition ie. with all original packing & labels, unworn, unsoiled.
- You cover costs associated with returning the goods to us including postage.

If you believe your item is faulty please email bc@bournecrisp.com.au with a photo of the issue & we will get back to you with the next steps.

Can I try on Bourne Crisp garments before I buy?
While we try to provide all the information you will need to know about our garments on our website, we understand that sometimes you just want to see the product in person before you make a final decision.

For that reason, we open our showroom to the public from 2:00pm - 5:00pm every Friday.

Other times are available by appointment only - email bc@bournecrisp.com.au to book.

Our showroom is located at 2-4 Walter St, Moorabbin VIC, 3189.

How will I know when new Classic or Limited Editions are available for sale?
Sign up to our mailing list of course! We will send you only the good stuff including release dates of new styles, promotions & the latest BC news.

My lucky number is 7, can I request that my limited edition garment is number 7?
Unfortunately we can't accommodate requests for specific numbers in any limited edition run. The numbers are allocated sequentially as the items move through the production process.
